Kari Matchett Biography

Kari Mixett is a Canadian actress who is famous for her appearances in films such as Apartment Hunting, â€Men with Brooms, and ’The Tree of Life. She was born in Spalding and graduated from high school in Alberta. As a teenager, she became interested in acting. To receive further training in acting, she attended the 'National Theatre School, located in Montreal and later went to the  Moscow Theatre School.' In 1996 she made her TV debut as a supporting role in the Canadian show 'The Rez. She also appeared in shows like Ready or Not' and Forever Knight' that year. Also, she made her debut in film in the latter part of 1990 in the form of a film called "Papertrail" and later appeared in films like "Men with Brooms" and  Cypher.' She also had support roles in shows such as "A Nero Wolfe Mystery" and "Blue Murder." Although she continued to appear in films into the 2000s her films appearances were far less than those of her TV roles. In 1998, she also appeared playing the lead role as "Colleen Blessed" in the Canadian drama series "Power Play.' The show received both praise from critics and the public and ran for 2 seasons and 26 episodes. The actress was nominated for the 'Gemini Award for her role in the show. She had an infant son, Jude Lyon Matchett, in June of 2013. But she did not divulge the name of her son’s father. According to some reports,, her ex boyfriend is her father. Kari Matchett met T.W. Peacocke was in his late 1990s and they started dating. They got married in 1998. However, the marriage was not long-lasting and the couple split in 2006.

  Alexandra Rose Raisman (born May 25 24th, 1994) is an ex-retired American artistic gymnast and two-time Olympian. She was the captain of both the 2012 "Fierce Five" and the 2016 "Final Five" U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics teams.
